Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for non-coffee items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Coffee Orders
All coffee purchases are final.
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll review the issue and make it right.
Other Items
For merchandise, brewing tools, or accessories, standard return eligibility applies — items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
If a return (non-coffee item) is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
