Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Within Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier service. Most shipments arrive within 10–20 business days, but customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Dateless Coffee Roaster is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses or courier errors.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
⚠️ Dateless Coffee Roaster is not liable for any duties, taxes, or customs-related charges.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
The customer is fully responsible for any costs associated with the refusal or return of the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at datelesscoffeeroaster@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with our courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that international tracking may take a few days to update depending on the courier and destination.
