Our roasting philosophy is straightforward: every coffee is roasted to its own full potential — not forced into any rigid style. While we do roast light most of the time (because that's where many beans shine brightest), we never treat "light roast or nothing" as a rule. Each roast is our interpretation of the bean's origin, character, and the care the farmers put into it.
