Santa Teresa #318 is an exceptional Geisha from the volcanic highlands of Volcán, Chiriquí, Panama, meticulously processed by Lost Origin Coffee Lab. Using a depulped, laboratory-controlled fermentation, the coffee preserves the elegance of its origin while enhancing clarity, aromatics, and sweetness through precise fermentation management. Lost Origin is renowned for applying brewing science and controlled microbial fermentation to elevate Panama’s finest coffees.

In the cup, expect a delicate bouquet of white florals and chamomile, followed by vibrant notes of clementine and ripe peach. As the coffee cools, layers of blueberry emerge, finishing with remarkable clarity, silky sweetness, and a refined, tea-like elegance.
