The April Brewer offers a slower yet controlled flow rate, allowing light roasts to perform beautifully at a coarser grind setting. Coarser grinds often deliver higher clarity and a smoother mouthfeel as the cup cools, while finer grinds tend to crash out and lose structure over time.

Its flat bed and single large hole ensure an even extraction, while the signature three-wing base allows airflow between the dripper and server—preventing vacuum buildup and maintaining a steady, graceful drawdown.
