A clean, vibrant, and elegantly layered coffee from one of Panama’s respected farms. The Obata variety — known for its sweetness, balance, and clarity — shines beautifully in the washed process, delivering a bright and refined cup with exceptional fruit definition.
Expect juicy stone fruit sweetness upfront, followed by bright citrus zest and vibrant blueberry notes. The finish is delicate and tea-like, with silky body and refreshing acidity that lingers gracefully.

All of our coffees are roasted on the lighter side with high flavour development, ensuring stable extraction while maintaining exceptional clarity and sweetness.
About Single Doses
Our single doses are packed only after the coffee has completed its resting period, then sealed airtight to preserve freshness and aroma.
Once sealed, the coffee no longer needs additional resting. Store in a cool, dark place for best results.
Storage life:
• Room temperature: best enjoyed within 6 months
• Chiller: up to 12 months
• Freezer: up to 2 years
