Grown with pride in our Malaysian hometown, this Liberica is extra special to us. While Liberica makes up less than 1% of global coffee production, it’s often known for a heavy, rubbery funk. But not this one.
Through Anaerobic Natural Dark Room processing, it’s transformed into something cleaner, softer, and much easier to drink — while keeping that signature Liberica fruit character.
To us, this coffee proves our hometown can produce world-class beans. It’s a celebration of heritage and what Liberica can truly be.
Roast
All of our coffees are roasted on the lighter side with high flavour development, ensuring stable extraction while maintaining exceptional clarity and sweetness.
About Single Doses
Our single doses are packed only after the coffee has completed its resting period, then sealed airtight to preserve freshness and aroma.
Once sealed, the coffee no longer needs additional resting. Store in a cool, dark place for best results.
Storage life:
• Room temperature: best enjoyed within 6 months
• Chiller: up to 12 months
• Freezer: up to 2 years
The airtight seal helps protect the coffee from moisture and external aromas, so you don’t have to worry about it absorbing smells from your fridge or freezer.
